1Payment for this service
Payment for this marketing service can be paid by Visa debit card in repeating monthly instalments or payment in advance for a 12-month period, repeating on the anniversary date.
All payments paid are non-refundable.
2Your business details
Each of the New Zealand Businesses clients enter in their business or company details and are responsible for the content displayed. They can edit and update their business information via the login button on the website homepage. They can also view and update their payment methods and cancel at any time.
3Advertising term
The Business Clients advertisements remain live for the duration of their paid advertising term, at the end of the payment term if payment is not repeated the advertisement is withdrawn.
4Website hosting and availability
The Company (AS) Limited uses third party server hosting services currently using Amazone Web Hosting and in the best interest of all parties strive to maintain the website live without significant service downtime, however in times of outage often outside of our control we will minimise any outage time and be indemnified for any claims from such an event.
5Lawful content
The Company (AS) Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Business Advertisement if the content is not lawful or compliant with the Laws of New Zealand.
6Copyright and intellectual property

The Company (AS) Limited holds no responsibility for the content or accuracy of the information or business details or information provided from the Businesses who are advertising on the website. The website provides a service for the Businesses customers to upload and maintain their business information which includes links to their own websites.
The Business Advertisers are expected to maintain accurate business information and The Company (AS) Limited is not responsible for checking these links for accuracy and make no representation regarding the truth of the content and ask the public to take all necessary precautions when trading with a new service supplier.
